Location, staff. Staff was helpful, friendly genuinely attentive. I forgot a shirt in our room and called back later and they were able to locate it and hold it for a few days until I returned to Des Moines. The staff at the front desk was very kind and was extra helpful. My mom passed away which was the reason for our stay.

Our daughter attended Drake University and we stayed at this location numerous times over her education. The staff has always been so kind. They also gave our pup extra attention and love. We appreciated that.

Toilet didn't flush well and ask to be close to elevator due to heart issues and was put in the very last room on the 2nd floor

The lady who checked us in was exceptionally helpful and friendly (Julie?), we were traveling with bikes, bike bags, boxes and a whole bunch of other bags and she was really accommodating and assisted with extra space for the bikes. Free shuttle to the airport was great, driver also very friendly.

We did reverse park and fly. The shuttle runs 24/7 and was nice to jump into heated van during cold Dec.

super close to the airport with free shuttle to and from the airport, can book with the front desk for both, breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful

Staff was wonderful!!! They gave us a quiet room upon request and had coffee ready at 4:00 am before flight. Shuttle driver right on time!
